PONCHO RETURNS
- 30 day return policy from time of receiving your order.
- Poncho must be unused with tags intact and in it's original box.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.

- USA Customers: For shipping paperwork, include copy of your original order confirmation and include the wording 'NO SALE - RETURNED GOODS'
- Once received a $20 restocking fee will be deducted from refund.
- Return after an Exchange: $40 fee is deducted from refund.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.

- Once received we will cover the cost of shipping to send you your preferred size/colour.
Note: Colour-only related exchanges are not accepted. For colour-only related exchange, first return initial order then re-purchase your preferred colour.

- For hygienic reasons, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for hats.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Inspect order upon receipt, contact us immediately for defects, damages, or wrong items. We'll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right, right away.
REPAIRS & REPLACEMENTS
For a year after purchase If your poncho fails or doesn't meet your expectations due to a manufacturing defect let us know and we'll first aim to repair it. If it can't be repaired within a reasonable amount of time then we'll replace it. If your poncho fails due to wear and tear or issues not related to a manufacturers defect then we'll offer to assist in repairing it for a reasonable fee. Customers must cover the cost of shipping for repairing ponchos.
